About our Pricing...
For most services, we prefer to charge a flat fee for a defined service instead of an hourly rate. This way, you pay for our quality results, regardless of how long the project may take. Training and tutoring are the only services for which we charge by the hour.For single-visit service calls, we charge a flat fee of $60 for a regularly scheduled visit, and $120 for an AFTER HOURS or RUSH visit (response time within four hours, if we are available). However, we offer a 15% discount if full payment is made at the time of service. These rates apply to services in the Reno/Sparks/Tahoe/Carson City area. Rates for services outside our area will vary. Ask us about discounts for non-profit customers.
For longer-term projects, we will work with you to develop a project plan and provide an itemized bid of the work to be done, along with a price associated with each milestone of the project.
For ongoing technical support, we are available on a monthly retainer fee basis, which we can quote once we meet to discuss your needs and assess your infrastructure.
For training and tutoring, we charge an hourly rate which will vary depending on the subject, location, duration, etc.
